And I will give you the insight into the dirty secret.
The URFPA's where sold completely inappropriately to retires through Dixon as a high income retirement investment, and flogged off at $100 (ie par). As those Dixon client advised portfolios have blown up, those retires have transitioned to other 'wealth and retirement' advisors. Those advisors have taken one look at URFPA and said it's completely inappropriate for you to have exposure to this at your age, and advised a 'sell'.
And without a market demand, the price has declined.
And therein lies the opportunity.
