also the other directors/management hold somewhere between 25 - 30million shares by my calculations.

also unsure of Legend's total shareholding, i note they originally purchased 10million shares, we then recieved the ann of results on the 23/06 stating they will subscribe for their shortfall priority of 15million shares.
To me that reads as if they hold 25million shares? yet todays ann by Creasy doesn't clarify such?

any thoughts?
