I think your comments on the quarterly are interesting....but I certainly wouldn't say that the quarterly commentary from KCN commentary is 'downbeat'.

If anything it is cautiously optimistic.

I think you may be reading too much between the lines!

I have owned KCN for over 15 years. During this time the company has always been factual in its reporting and not open to hyperbole or ‘ramped up reports’.

If anything the company tends to under promise and then over deliver…..which was certainly the case during the process of the Leases being granted.

I think everything is on track…..yet the company is being cautious and undertaking the appropriate level of due diligence.

KCN will be a completely different company in 12 months time and the increased share price will reflect this.

Patience will have its rewards.....
