You haven't held this stock for long (if at all) so I don't think you quite understand the dynamics of this company or the long time shareholders.

    What we are saying is:

    1. TS originally said his first choice was to sell IGC and pay out the shareholders.. Why has this now become his second choice?

    2. You're telling me that an (and only one) independent valuation conducted last year when Platinum prices were depressed, would come back at the same price if valued now? I DON'T THINK SO.

    3. A company is required by law to have shareholder approval if disposing of their main asset. As this is IGC's only asset, then this must be a given. And as a result of the EGM, we have the right to ask for more.. Whether correct or not.

I also agree with the other holders when they say that you can't have your cake and eat it too. You can't possibly say that IGC is getting a great price for their land and NKP is paying too much and then get on the NKP thread and say what a great deal this is for NKP.

What is it? Who benefits the most from this IGC or NKP?

As I have previously stated, I don't mind you stating your opinions, but why is it that whenever someone jumps on to have a whinge, you are quick to make a comment....

We hear you, we have heard you, so let us speak our piece (or vent our frustration.).

    Cheers... :-)
