look I bought back in today, traded in and out a few time a couple of weeks back.

don't have many so not in any desperate stakes here.

now at 1.1 there will not be much of a rights issue, that is not many will take it up, it is not underwritten so if the company don't raise the sp to say 1.4 I doubt they will get much response.

if it was underwritten they wouldn't worry as much

so people say it will be devalued 25% from here is wrong.

we have seen many times where 20 mill shares are taken out in a blink of an eye, so was it a case today of shaking the tree to start again at a lower level.

I have watched this for a while and thought it would drop only to be pushed up again.

but bottom line, at 1.1 no rights issue will be taken up, or very little, so if the company wants to raise this money they will have to release some promising results or other.

let me ask, was today's release negative, yes they want to raise more money and produce more shares, but would you expect it to sell down like that.
