I'm pretty sure we'll see both CIC come in for a lot more, combined with an institutional and retail capital raising.
The timing of which will decide the pricing. If soon, I'm assuming we'll all get a crack at a 40c raising.
P.Acc - to answer your question, No, I don't beleive CIC have been exercising options and selling above 40cents. This would look VERY bad on the next substantial holder notice. The Chinese are in for the long haul - as am I.
