go for it then, if that's what you prefer. I too have index ETFs, but over shorter time frames there are plenty of funds ( both listed and unlisted ) that do outperform the index handsomely. Have a look at OPH, MIR, Bennelong Aussie equities, HYGG ( Hyperion global ), AASF (Airlie) etc. As I said there are rewards from both active and passive investments .
