One would have to have a line of credit to equal the value of shares sold in order to keep the shares by buying them back at a lower price and realise a tax loss. The value today was $671,000. That's what was paid out by people to stay involved with this company. Alternatively, new buyers are coming in.
Could be a bit of both but either way that is a lot of money.
