Yeah, this move alone virtually guarantees that Sky will remain the 'Home of Sport' until at least the end of 2025 (when NZRU rights end).
I don't see NZRU leaving Sky from 2026, and on the balance of probabilities they will renew too.
So we are guaranteed Home of Sport title until 2026, and can reasonably expect to be the dominant sport player until 2030 and beyond.
Spark will absolutely be gutted. They needed NRL real bad.
