I'm unsure how local governments are selecting their preferred collection agencies, but QLD have just announced intentions to persue large amounts of debt racked up in unpaid hotel quarantine time.
This won't be the only state chasing unpaid levies... hopefully CCR are throwing their hat in the ring. The only worry is I have no faith in local governments to choose a great financially viable option... That opinion is based on past performance that I've witnessed all over Australia.
