If SHV has a contract to manage then the other party TIM will almost certainly have rights to assign to a 3rd party so I don't see the contract as being void or lapsing; secondly, SHV as manager is very likely to have an obligation under its contract to incur reimburseable costs to keep the asset working. Those are 2 reasonable assumptions to make in the absence of statements from SHV.
