You could sell today & T+2 is Friday - send the money to the registry by EFT & use RTGS. Deal is done
Also, super funds are allowed to borrow for 7 days to settle share purchases (SISA 67(3)(a)(ii) & 67(3)(c)) so if you have spare funds outside super the fund can borrow to settle a share purchase. That means you could sell other shares tomorrow or Friday (which will settle next week using T+2), borrow the funds from outside super & pay the registry for the options then repay the loan next week on T+2 settlement within the 7 day limit
