(As said before), they are going to flog the series as long as it rates, a la Big Brother (same production company: Fremantle media).
The next series is with celebrities (B grade at best; I'm thinking bad comedians and 'I wannabe a media star' ex sportsmen, and Channel Ten stable celebrities from other programs, eg. Shane Bourne).
Donna Hay - what a tyrrant ! I read an article about how she treats her staff, claiming the pursuit of perfection but she sounds like a female dog to me. Kudos to her I guess, given her book sales etc.
Interesting they have Donna Hay and Bill Granger as the last two judges... absolute muppets in the kitchen. Neither of them are chefs. Bills claim to fame is scrambled eggs. I had breakfast at his cafe once.. What a RIP OFF !!! His comments were B.S. Absolute talking heads, there just to get exposure and to steer the show to the desired end.
Very sorry to see Chris go. He should of learnt to smile a bit more to endear himself to the media/marketing machine. Also his pig trotters aren't exactly something most would want to cook.
