I'm with you on this one planet.
This represents part of the inevitable dilution that will have to occur to provide the funding to take Cvac through the trial and approval process.
The fact that it is US money I think shows recognition of the potential of CVac in that very important market.
But success still depends on the FDA approval in the long term.
While we won't know the terms of the 'investment' till next week, on face value I regard this as a strong positive sign.
