regardless of your view the company will retain its mediocre status until many of the clueless day traders are shaken out. This will be achieved through institutional investors buying large parcels with a longer term view than 3 days. I suspect that in the following 12 months CER will again be re entered into the ASX top 200 - this will be massive for the company as many institutional investors only trade top 50/100 and 200 asx companies.
As the distribution plan is re established in the coming months this will further strengthen investors outlook on the company. More importantly however i see the turnaround in the economy as the key which will result in an upward revaluation of its asset values - positively impacting on LVR and other key ratios.
