Yeah I did, I'm disappointed that their announcement insinuated no in-specie, but it doesn't justify the current price.

PE offered $3.80 for business without PEXA, PEXA is approx half our marketcap which will equate to around $6.90 (Morningstars current valuation).

All it's going to take is PE to come back in and then people will push for the takeover with a PEXA spinoff. PE could lowball and shareholders will still win.

Now with PEXA listed, it's a cleaner takeover target
