Dossantd, et al, I don't agree, at the moment, listing PRR on the US markets. The compliance costs are huge and generally the liquidity is not there. As a recent example, PXS with a market cap of $400mill+, a share price around $2.50 and with $100mill in the bank account, as well as registration for selling 2 of their drugs, have just pulled their stock off the US bourse purely because of compliance costs.
There shouldn't be a need to currently list over there and historically I don't believe it aids in the share price medium turn. If overseas people believe that PRR has got huge potential they will invest in PRR via convertible notes, loans or shares in the company on the ASX.
