Cant see a CR being required, they have funding lines available to them and I would think that the scale up on the gyros will be at a level that they can self fund the builds. Also when you look at their client lists (Collins class subs etc) most banks would be more than happy to lend against that sort of work, where the client is rock solid and you have had them for a number of years.
