Can you explain how it is any better that Gore is quoting opinions if he does not believe or make the claim himself?
Do you routinely quote things you don't believe? Do you give credit to people who quote things to you and then say they don't believe or claim it's true?
Why don't you just accept that you smugly asked for evidence and it was duly sent your way? The humiliation would be nowhere near as bad in that case.
