if this gets approved, you have to sell your share to the YUM for 23.5c and thats it. Dragontail becomes private essentially.
ido and exec team get a payout, then get employed under yum on a large salary, with stock in yum. All as a thanks for screwing over the original shareholders who provided the company the ability to be what it is today
