Here is the ABS definition of UNDEREMPLOYMENT. It took me 3 seconds to Google it. Get up to speed lazy bones.

The ABS underemployment framework classifies persons who are not fully employed according to whether they are looking for and/or available to start work with more hours. ... It is assumed that these people wanted to work full-time in the reference week and would have been available to do so.

As for Morrison and Frydenberg fudging the figures; what planet are you on? The labour market figures are independently compiled by the ABS. You really have no clue.

The more you post the more uninformed you look. Suggest you leave economics and statistics alone otherwise the embarrassments will continue.
