Look at VUL, PFS euro$3.5B (AU$5.5B), went straight to 15% of NPV on the spot. still sitting there at $850M cap, for project that will require...Euro$700M capex!! IRR in the order of 30%.... starting in 2024/25.
Cobra, our PFS will be a scorcher, using Locky figures.... this could well be another >100% IRR project (on the back of same return projects for ore). Insane.
I have been all-in....I am staying all-in on E25. Flying under the radar at supersonic speed.
