Maybe trying to offset some solid capital gains they have achieved elsewhere?

The market cap is now around $10m - wow!!

Market cap is now approximately 0.5 x revenue - and this business showed a positive EBITDA figure & positive cashflow for the latest half year report?

Fully understand the concerns around the % of revenue growth & the lack of consistency from quarter to quarter (and maybe some members of the board) in this business.

But with MM now sold (which was clearly a cash drain), some solid cash in the bank, an investment in Motio / MXO on the balance sheet, and with mining & aged care & retirement sectors all looking pretty strong, the SP & market cap doesn't make too much sense IMO.
