All the Hot enthusiasm from holders turned to cynicism and cold, wet blankets.

Money to be used to ramp up gold production and increase the exploration of possible sites for more pits.

Man I think this is all good.

I wanted to increase my holding and 40c is ok by me. and doing it before the de-merger means I'll have significantly more shares to increase my Spinco holding.

but then I remain a novice and others have no doubt a better understanding of this than me.

Grumble as you will, the offer is up there and no-one is being forced to buy is. Dilution is inevitable but at least we have the option to keep pace.
