What are you trying to prove?
Look, it's the ipcc itself that says there'll be more rainfall due to climate change putting more water vapor into the atmosphere and yet, here you are pointing out the panels aren't as effective when it rains, then arguing for more of the bloody panels, even though the panels will become less and less effective with more rain.
