Definitely an inducement, but not as much as it would be if the price was closer to the current market price, or if the expiry date was July 2023 rather than July 2022. As it is, I reckon it will be at least 6 months, probably more, before they get the Gen 3 battery production line fully operational and revenue coming in (assuming they've just about cleaned out the existing inventory of old batteries).

At least it is an inducement not to simply buy on market if the SP drops below the offering price as it did in the last CR, and I hope there'e a better takeup than last time. I certainly plan to participate again!
