e the legal due diligence to support their claim. NXS is probably a small drop in their client book so I’m wondering why they would bother risk taking us to court and losing if they didn’t feel strongly about their claims.
could only find this on law.com news - it’s for alleged breach of contract - a 2018 licence agreement. Anyone recall or can pull up anything on that? The court filing can be obtained if you set up some US Govt court account and then paid for
