so know we are arguing you are going to ship 20mtpa on infrastructure that is limited to 1mpta?
So you tell me how on earth your going to ship or transport this coal? Can be done but what if the gov increases the requirements for you to use this land. then you have costs to ship the coal etc.
I told you before its better for them to do this in vietnam or china directly and much cheaper.
AND if tincom do intend to do this overseas I suggest you make sure ESI have blanket patents on there IP. TINCOM might also be interested in what RWE are doign in Germany, MAch 1 wasnt a success but MACH 2 is.
