Traders...
I have bought into NST recently with a considerable position for a hedge against a negative market as we are around all time highs in the ASX/DOW and I have noticed a exhaustion of buyers in these markets of late...
A correction will happen and that will ''reset values'...
I am not predicting a Covid crash like March 2020 but the main driver of this market since last year has been the massive Government economic support packages... Nothing more nothing less !
I am sitting on around 80% cash atm with around 10% in NST and the other 10% in short term momentum upswing trades...
Everybody has made money since March 2020 (if you haven't best to find another career)
The secret is to keep and that expand that position during a negative market when most of the ''covid19 lockdown traders'' give up their gains and exit...
...and NST is one of best defensive stocks imo...
That's what I am betting on !
