trader you seem to think that a well managed oil exploration company can make oil appear out of a drill hole where no oil exists. It cannot. COE have been drilling dusters of late but they cannot really be blamed for that as their prospects where well publicised before the drilling. We knew what we were betting. That there was no oil was disappointing but not COEs fault. You may as well blame the tooth fairy.
