    I only blame STX for this CR cause they can't finish any job

    first jaws a duster which is ch bit our business here
    then
    2 over budget
    3 not finished
    4 not finished
    5 God knows what other BS we will face

    but wgo need the the money which was suppose to get it from bank to fund AGIG plant so they have no choice but CR
    and banks won't approve money without Flow rate and resource update
