Atlas are only issuing up to $11,700,000 worth of shares under this plan. To the extent applications are received in excess of this amount, applications will be scaled back. If applications are scaled back, each applicant will be treated equally and scaled back on a pro rata basis, based on the number of shares applied for.

If there is a scale back, you will receive less than the parcel of shares for which you applied.
