The substantial holder notice for the shares issued as part of purchase was to Sovereign Key Enterprises Ltd - based in Hong Kong, but doesn't show up on company search there. The "Director" of this company is shown as "Plenty View Limited". However, the company registered as Plenty View Ltd wasn't incorporated in Hong Kong until Aug 2008.

It would also be interesting to know who the owners are of AQSIQ Special Equipment Limited - the party to whom ETC made a $5.7m loan in December and which I originally took to be a 100% subsidiary of AQSIQ, but may not necessarily be.
