The level of accumulation that has happening would make me think it has to have been a fund accumulating.
The willingness to keep paying a higher price does make you think they have some very large conviction. All a bit of a guessing game for now.
Looking at trading patterns I’m hopeful is this just a rest stop on the way to $20 plus. Apart from a large sell at 20.00 a share Buyers still seem to out number sellers.
