No I don't think you're alone at all. I wasn't impressed with the pricing of the equity funding, but I guess the parties approached negotiated to that price, and the take up on that equity was immediate. Whilst its not ideal at least you can subscribe for SPP shares.

It was quite obvious that there was going to be an equity component, plus debt, and I was unsure whether there'd be need for a very significant selldown of project equity. Seems to me this CR will obviate that outcome, thus PSD remains 100% owner and operator.

In time, if shares are held, the price drop today will be a drop in the ocean, especially when the company moves towards first production.
