Can you reference this from Mesoblast themselves?, as I have seen SI state the exact opposite in a recent video interview.

MSB have "talked" about it for 6 years with language like "finalizing" so again, I remain very skeptical as to why they didn't use 3D already as they stated in annual reports since 2015.
