    Hey thanks Poly

But truth is they dont need or do I believe want a takeover

If you have a look Pallinghurst and JMS are looking only at HAW's Mt Bevan, firther HAW have engaged BBY to assist witht he potential sale of their projects only ie not the company

now my original thoughts have always been as follows

"I am not a big fan of the circus that is HAW's price action, however the facts and fundamentals keep drawing me back to it

    In the Central Yilgarn Area

IRM sold Mt Richardson for $10M + 2% royalty + 50c per tonne JORC Fe over 10Mt's

MDX has had what can only be described as a battle for control happen to it with Chinese groups and JMS battling for shares, its Mkt Cap stands at over $50m

JMS Red Rock and Pallinghurst have all combined forces behind JMS's Mt Bevan Fe project and now POSCO has also gotten on board with an investment and offtake, its market cap stands at over $55m

Only HAW reminds untouched by the corproate activity, ie no institutional or Chinese shareholders, no deals with Portman Posco or Pallinghurst and no JV with JMS or anything like that

But what if HAW struck a deal to sell its Mt Bevan for say $10m? Given its current Mkt Cap is $9m I would expect a 50%-100% appreciation in the stock price"
