The good (Business Admin) Dr will have something less than 40% holding thereby limiting his ability to do what you suggest may happen. His domineering (mis) management style should hopefully be subject to checks & balances. That said my concern still exists about the quality of any team around him. Frighteningly the Dr Dentist is still on board & also of concern there has been no new local & independent expertise appointed. Fingers crossed for something new.
