Joanna Arnold intends to relocate to Australia for a minimum of twelve months. They have so much synergy can be achieved by merge/strategic alliance.

think about the scale they can achieve and the dev cost they can reduce after the merge, majority of their products overlaps

That's why AI Boss is so dertimined to acquire the Isentia although they are turned back at the voting

It's a strategic target that they can't afford to miss, and the only way that they can become the "world leader" across the continents like Cission, Meltwater.

It's a dream for an high ambitious leader, and certainly it will have strong influence on Isentia's board.
