Sum of all shares (escrow or not), options and performance rights is good enough for me. I know a lot of people love to ignore escrow, options and rights - but they are ever present. Fully diluted MCAP is fully diluted MCAP... Getting into EV is a different story but, of course, at face value the backdoor boys are making a killing before it has even traded one share. Always a warning sign when it has to come in through the backdoor!
