I’m fully in on vaccination. (Had my first jab of AZ and definitely going back for my second).
But, just because someone is fully vaccinated, it does’t prevent them from getting COVID, nor does it prevent them from transmitting it (the main benefit being that the vaccinated person is far less likely to get seriously ill or die).
I think while the country is still jumping from lockdown to lockdown, it seems a stretch to, say, allow someone from Bondi to travel to Queensland (which has lockouts in place for Bondi) just because they have been fully vaccinated.....they could still be carriers of COVID.
