ASX has had the response for a week now and has chosen to not permit trading.
seems very much like it is not accepting of it.
The triple director resignations has not convinced ASX. Why? Because it was the wrong three directors.
The buck stops with the CEO I’m afraid. His position is untenable, he must go.
I am totally amazed that anyone can accept his ongoin involvement. While I don’t have
Knowledge of the 3000 listed companies, this is the only one I have seen face so much questioning from ASX for continuous failure.
as soon as he accepted that the misleading of the market was in BUDs view impactful on the SP on the response he should have fallen on his sword. Simply no other outcome is possible.
nice guy maybe but not competent for the role he reaps millions of dollars for.
who’s looking forward to yet another 40% dilution.
Remember they sell a few $100 lightbulbs.
