Pretty sure Cameroon President Biya convinced the Congolese envoy to immediately hand back the licenses to the 3 Australian companies so that the project construction can commence in Q4 as the media reiterated earlier that the 2 African governments cannot tolerate any further delays.

If so, both companies will be relisted in no time and the buy orders will explode one would think. Yippee !
