Nuheara must move quickly - there are many competitors in this space - many much bigger than it - the HP alliance is good but you can tell that HP is going very slowly with this product - introducing it with one or two notebook computers to test the markets reception to it - if the product is well received and that is still an 'if' then they would likely expand the offering to more lines and markets. Just rationally, if they were super confident and needed the patents and tech that Nuheara owns they could easily acquire the business on market. Even if they paid 9c per share which is double what it is today and about $150m that is loose change for a company the scale of HP - but that hasn't happened - it's still very much wait and see with this one.
