Steady on folks - who said anything about choosing to ignore a profit guidance. It would be highly unusual and not likely for them to miss the profit guidance they have re-iterated a few times.

The question was in regards to the opaque nature of the relationship that ETC relies on to gain its contracts and receive its income.

I think it was a fair question. If you don't believe it was a fair question then that is okay but lets keep focus on the question without going off on tangents.
