If EPMcan access it under the water with the sea wall certified and water treatment and pollution plans in place. If all this can be arranged. Then Id agree there could money in the Quartz. But Id be guessing at that because we havent been given a pfs so we dont know and we dont know how many years before the operation can find out if they comply and can carry out the quartz access,
Sounds logical and fair right?
Current reserve is 2.5 million tons of quartz with potential of 6.2 million tons., page-33
