It means that DW8 shares are now held by various institutions as part of ETF's since inclusion into the index. Some of the weak hands have now been replaced by stronger ETF hands.
They will hold as long as DW8 is in the index & may increase their holdings as they are currently a tiny percentage of their portfolio.
