a long long time ago
I can still remember how these threads
Used to make me smile
And I knew if I had my chance
That I could make those people laugh
And maybe they'd be happy for a while

There was a time back in the day
When this thread was all the rage
So I thought I would revisit it and say
Congrats, and hip hip hooray

It's great to see this time has come
And that the longs have held on and won
I still see some familiar faces
Writing about the future and singing PLS praises

It's been a while since I spoke
So let's catch up on what PLS has wrote

They gobbled up Alturas mine
A master-stroke, that will stand the the test of time
Forget about love thy neighbour
When the time came they put in the dagger
While you may say, it was a fluke
It was never in doubt, just ask resolute

PLS continues to regularly ship spodumene
Something other lithium plays could only dream
And as the run of the mine is consolidating
The volumes of shipping are increasing

But I can't leave without saying hello to Kenny
From lockdown, here in good old Sydney
You were always generous with your time
From when I had something on my mind
You have been leading from the front
With a new deal always on the hunt
I wish you and the business continued success
As I watch here from my desk

And while the future looks bright
Spare a thought for those that have to fight
And if you won on this little beauty
Give some to your favourite charity
