I can't bring myself to invest in this at price to book about 3. Pubs aren't growing. DanMurphy is growing nicely but facing increasing online competition. The Bunnings comparison is laughable no doubt put there by a long wanting to sell in the first few days. It's not even a REIT since it seems most of their properties are leased.
I'd give this a price to book of 2, hence SP of $4.
