Thanks for the info, going by the GS holdings listed there it appears that the wrong form has been used on the 23rd.
Should have been a 604 - Notice of change of interests of substantial holder, not 605 - Notice of ceasing to be a substantial holder.
That listed 4,462,839 Shares acquired over 5 days, which would bring the total shares held to 21.9Million. Same as your info.
